Join ELLF for our Read for the Record Literacy Event as a community literacy table vendor. This is a free opportunity to connect with families and provide meaningful literacy-based experiences for children.

Vendor Cost

Free — there is no cost to participate.

Vendor Requirements

Each vendor must:

• Bring your own table

• Bring your own tent/canopy

• Upload your organization/business logo

• Provide free items for children

• Offer a hands-on, interactive activity for children

• Arrive prepared to engage families in a fun, literacy-friendly way

Activity Expectations

All vendor tables should include an activity children can touch, create, read, build, play, or explore. Examples include:

• Storytelling station

• Alphabet or sound game

• Bookmaking activity

• Bookmark decorating

• Vocabulary matching game

• Puppet retelling activity

• Coloring or writing station

• Family literacy resource giveaway

What Vendors Should Bring

• Table and chairs

• Tent/canopy

• Table covering

• Free child-friendly giveaways

• Supplies for your activity

• Signage or banner

• Logo for promotional materials
